1) If you took the breath test or other tests to determine your alcohol or drug level and the test show results over the legal limit YOUR LICENSE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SUSPENDED FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE IF YOU DO NOT REQUEST A HEARING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ARREST.
